We are able to look after the water quality within steam raising plants, cooling tower & evaporative condenser systems, heating and chilled circuits. Our engineers are fully trained & competant and undertake regular site visits where water samples are analysed on site. Upon completion of these site tests, we prepare written reports with remedial actions as needed.

All service visits are made on a contractual basis and form an integral part of the Service Level Agreement for the site.

Where any result is out of specification, our engineers will take immediate steps to rectify the situation. Should additional works be required, a Non-Confirmance Report is made which ensures that all parties are kept informed of the actions made and actions required to resolve the issue.
