Please note that the offer will be absolutly conditional on receiving payment within 30 days of the Invoice date. If you want 60 days, the costs increase by £ 100.00 + vat
Invoices are raised once the report is issued which will be within 10 days of the visit date.

You will need to - |
| Visit your property which needs to be within 50 miles of Sevenoaks, Kent during a week day period | Provide access to all water tanks, calorifiers and other water services. If possible, the loan of a person kowledgeable in the plant layout. |
| Carryout a full L8 Risk Assessment which will review the status of and your management & control of, all water services within the property. Report will include photographs and temperature audit results. | |
| Report any major Non Conformances on the day of the survey. | |
| Produce a schematic of your water services | |
| Take water samples if agreed, for specfic Legionella & General bacterial assessment by a UKAS accredited laboratory. | Pay us £ 25.00 + vat per TVC (general bacterial sample) Pay us £ 45.00 + vat per Legionella sample |
| Produce a pdf version of the report which will be emailed within 5 working days (15 days if water samples are taken) | Pay us £599.00 + vat within 30 days of the invoice date |
